How it works
1. Upload one selfie
Pick a casual photo of yourself from your iPhone — no studio, no photographer needed.
2. Choose a style
Select from 13 styles such as Formal Suit, Modern Blazer, Pantsuit, Executive, or the ID Photo preset with your background colour and print size.
3. Get your result
In about 30 seconds you'll have a polished, studio-grade professional headshot or passport/visa-spec ID photo ready to use.
Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
One credit equals one generation. You buy credits in one-time packs and spend them as you create headshots. New users get some free credits on first use.
Is this a subscription?
No. OfficeSnap has no subscriptions and no auto-renew. You buy one-time consumable credit packs only: 10 credits for $9.99 or 50 credits for $24.99, via Apple In-App Purchase.
What happens to my photo? Is it private?
Your uploaded photo is deleted from storage the moment the job completes, whether it succeeds or fails — it is never kept past the generation and never logged. Your photos are never sold and never used to train any AI model.
How do I get a compliant passport / ID photo?
Choose the ID Photo style, then pick your country preset (US passport 2x2in, EU Schengen, UK, or Canada) and background colour. Always verify the result against the official specification before submitting it for any official use.
A generation failed — am I charged?
No. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This removes all your data and generated outputs.

OfficeSnap is an iOS app for iPhone.
